Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit only or replacement see below for replacement terms and conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unstained, unused and unperfumed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to email us immediately & with photos of the faulty item so we can contact our manufacturer to issue a replacement for your item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

PLEASE NOTE: I Have A Hidden Disability only accepts returns for store credit only. Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds for CHANGE OF MIND, INCORRECT SIZING or SLIGHT COLOUR VARIATIONS due to edited photos but we do offer an online store credit for the value of the item/s valid they are returned in their original condition with the tags attached, receipt and returns form.

 All online orders must be returned online within 14 days of receiving your order. You can always contact us for any return questions at ihaveahiddendisability@gmail.com

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us on ihaveahiddendisability@gmail.com

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Processing & Production

All our products are made to order using a print-on-demand service. Please allow 2-6 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times & Locations

The shipping time depends on the product size and color, as items are fulfilled from either Australia or the United States.

Within Australia (Australian Fulfillment)

  • Estimated delivery: 3-9 business days after production.
  • Ships from: Australia

From the United States to Australia (US Fulfillment)

  • Estimated delivery: Up to 20 business days after production.
  • Ships from: United States

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on the merchandise. Except for the lanyards, Cards & wristbands. See below details for those items. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our production team (if applicable) to monitor your delivery status. If you don’t receive a tracking number please contact me at ihaveahiddendisability@gmail.com. Please also check spam folder for messages in case it’s there. 

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, unexpected delays (such as customs processing, courier disruptions, or peak seasons) may occur. We appreciate your patience.

AUSTRALIA

•Standard Shipping For domestic purchases, we charge a flat rate of $10.30 for all orders. We use Australia Post as our carrier and parcels will take approximately 1- 5 business days depending on your location. 

For express shipping, we charge a flat rate of $14.40 regardless of the amount spent which takes approximately 1- 2 days. Please note that the delivery may take longer to Western Australia and to certain rural areas. Once orders are handed over to Australia Post delivery is out of our control.

NEW ZEALAND 

•AUSTRALIA POST INTERNATIONAL  (10-20 days) –  $15

•DHL EXPRESS (3-7 DAYS) – $25

•STANDARD (Aus Post International 10-30 days) FROM $20.00 AUD – depending on your country)

DUTIES & TAXES: For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. For more information please contact your local customs offices.

SHIPPING PROCESS: You will be provided a tracking number via email once your order is shipped and on route (this can take up to 24 hours to become active)
